Local activities in Partner countries
A large conference will be organised before the end of the project by each of the partner countries. The main topic of the conference will be to promote the crucial importance of our DON'T DROP ME OUT programme as transferred and adapted for the use in the EU in the scope of the project.
The main objectives of the conference are to raise awareness and create interest in the project results, by presenting a developed DON'T DROP ME OUT educational program with a systematic approach to be implemented at school.
Finally, participants will be given a chance to access the WEB site where the materials will be stored for their easy reach and use by schools and interested stakeholders. Special attention will be given to the format of the conference, to stimulate the interest and participation of the attendees. Therefore, thematic workshops and specialised panels will be organised, aiming at presenting and testing the project results.
National conferences will have an impact on a national and international level reaching both educational professionals and stakeholders in the field of education and training in order to reach out and to promote the results. The local/national conferences the stakeholders of education in the regions will come together and their awareness about education and school dropout will increase and potential to seek solutions for the matters related to dropout will be developed.
As there are two partners from the country these two partners will cooperate with each other for the preparation and management of the conference. They will have a chance to share the project results with their stakeholders.
